From Yoga to Body Attack, and Aquacise to Gym circuits, we have a class for everyone! If you’re not sure where to start, or if you need further advice on trying a class we’re always happy to help.
Our custom built Rainbow Castle soft play area is a fun, exhilarating play environment that will get children motivated to exercise and engage with others.

The internationally recognised Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS UK) National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is not only a qualification that will train you to become a Pool Lifeguard but can also be a stepping stone into a career within the leisure industry.
Our Health Referral Programme was one of the first in Scotland. Patients can improve their quality of life by taking part in assisted exercise programmes, safe in the knowledge that account will be taken of their specific medical conditions and needs.

The Eating Well Café is based on the ground floor and serves a wide selection of meals from our regular menu along with daily specials, as well as a choice drinks, including Costa Coffee.
