If you’ve never set foot in a gym before, or if you haven’t used this kind of equipment, don’t worry! Our qualified and friendly gym staff will guide you through your induction and exercise programme based on your own personal goals.

You can book your induction by calling reception on 01343 550033.

After your induction, our staff will be on hand to give assistance when necessary.

How To Book

You can book onto a gym session via the MLC app or via our online booking system here. You can also just turn up.

Children aged 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult (over 21) while within the gym (out-with Teen Gym sessions) max ratio 2 children to 1 adult. All users of the gym must have an induction, which is free for Fit Life members, and £10 for PAYG members.
