The Trainee Duty Officer is a development operational leadership role designed to prepare a suitable candidate for appointment as a fully competent and authorised Duty Officer.

Previous leisure sector experience is desirable but not essential. The post holder will progressively develop competence in building operations, health & safety, emergency procedures, pool operations and customer service. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to play an active role in the development of new ideas and initiatives within the facility

It should be noted that a Protecting Vulnerable Groups application (PVG) and references are requirements for this post and therefore, if successful at interview, will be required prior to employment.
