What is Reformer?
Reformer uses specialist equipment with adjustable resistance to help you build strength without heavy weights, improve posture and core stability, support injury prevention and recovery, and increase flexibility and mobility. It’s a low-impact, highly effective way to move your body, whether you’re returning to exercise, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to feel stronger and more confident.

For ages 16+, Reformer is perfect if you:

Not at all. Our beginner classes are designed for beginners and will guide you through everything step by step.
Comfortable gym clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend:

Classes are set at 14 participants maximum so you get more coaching, support, and attention from the instructor.

Yes – we just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else
Reformer is low-impact and often suitable for many people, but we recommend:

For best results, we recommend 1–3 sessions per week, depending on your goals and experience.
