We have Sandra and Mel here to talk to you all about our new Menopause classes and support group starting in January.
✨2 new weekly exercise classes starting in January! ✨
These are 45-minute, easy to follow classes geared up to help you feel better and look after your health. The focus will be on Menopause related topics like bone and heart health, along with an introduction to strength training, which particularly helps with mid-section weight gain:
🌸 Mondays at 6:30pm in studio 2 (starting 9th January)
🌸 Thursdays at 11:30am in studio 2 (starting 12th January)
These will be bookable a week in advance via the MLC app, our online booking system or via reception on 01343 550033. These classes are included as part of your Fit Life membership or £5.75 PAYG.
🌸 We’ll also be having a weekly meno-meet up which will be on Thursdays at 12:15 after the class in our Café. A chance to have a chat, a coffee and to support each other. We will be there giving practical hints and tips to enable you to build up healthy habits.
These are free but please book ahead so we can keep numbers at a safe and manageable level for our café staff.
