At MLC we offer classes that are great for mums to be and new mums to meet new people and to also keep active and fit! Our classes are from Pre-Natal to Post-Natal and can also be an experience to bond with your new baby. 👶

Aqua Natal
If you wish to stay active during your pregnancy then how about giving our Aqua Natal classes a try? 🤩
In Aqua Natal you are taken through gentle exercises in a relaxing and weightless way in the water. It’s a great way to relax and also keep fit!

Pre-Natal Pilates
Pilates is a great way to strengthen the body and improves balance, flexibility and posture. It uses breathing exercises which can help you relax and feel more comfortable during pregnancy.
This class is a great way to meet other mums to be, and is delivered by one of our fully qualified instructors! 🌼

Buggy Fit
Buggy Fit is the perfect way to stay fit and bond with your baby at the same time! 👶
Buggy Fit is a class where you and other mothers can take your little ones out so they can enjoy the view whilst you get some workouts in by pushing them in their buggy!

Adult and Baby Swim Lessons
Adult and Baby Swim Lessons are fantastic for your baby to develop motor skills and learn a useful life skill! 🌊
Babies must be 3 months and older to participate.

Post-Natal Pilates
New Class for new Mums! (at least 6 weeks PP and at least 12 weeks if C-section) Join us for a revitalising journey to wellness with our all-new Post-Natal Pilates class at MLC! 🌼
You can bring your children along too and we have a lift that you can use for buggies.
