Looking for a convenient way to support your workouts? Our new range of gym supplements has arrived at the Moray Leisure Centre Café, with whey protein and pre-workout options now available to purchase.

Whey Protein

We have three delicious flavours of whey protein powder to choose from:

• Brownie Batter

• Cookies & Cream

• White Chocolate

You can have your protein powder blended with milk, with alternative milk options available, or mixed with water.

Protein is an important nutrient for anyone who exercises regularly. It helps support muscle growth and maintenance, as well as the repair and recovery of muscles following exercise. A protein shake can be a convenient way to help meet your daily protein needs, particularly after a workout, as part of a balanced diet.

Pre-Workout

We also have three pre-workout options available, with two different flavours to choose from:

🍬 Fizzy Cola Bottles – stimulant

Pre-workout supplements are designed to be consumed before exercise and can help support energy, focus and exercise performance, depending on the ingredients and formulation.

Our non-stimulant Cherry pre-workout contains no caffeine, making it a great option for those who want to avoid caffeine or prefer to exercise later in the day. You can still enjoy the benefits of a pre-workout without adding caffeine to your routine.
