Our Booking System Is Getting An Upgrade

Coming this September: Upgraded Booking System & New Fit Life App

We’re excited to let you know that this September, we will be upgrading our booking and membership system.

The upgrade is designed to make it easier to book activities, manage your bookings and access your membership information.

What’s changing?

With Gladstone GO, you’ll be able to:

• View activities and real-time availability
• Make and manage bookings online
• Receive relevant updates by email and SMS
• Manage more of your membership online
• Access our new Fit Life Moray app

New Fit Life Moray App

Our new app will make it easier to manage your leisure activities on the go, including:

• Viewing activities and timetables
• Making and managing bookings
• Accessing membership information
• Using your QR code for entry

The app will be available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

If you currently use the old MLC app, please delete it once the new Fit Life Moray app launches and download the new app instead. Look out for further communications confirming dates. You can log in using the same details you use online.

Please note: You will need to be logged in to the app to view activities and member account details.

You don’t need to be a member to use the app – it can also be used to book and manage pay-as-you-go activities.

New 3-Strike Booking Policy

This September, we’ll also be introducing a 3-strike policy for bookings that are not attended and are not cancelled. Look out for further communications confirming dates.

This is designed to make bookings fairer and give everyone a better chance of securing a place in busy classes.

• Strike 1: Reminder/warning
• Strike 2: Further Warning
• Strike 3: Advance booking privileges restricted for 14 days

After 14 days, the restriction will automatically lift.

If you can’t attend a class, please cancel your booking as early as possible so someone else can take your place.

A little patience while we get started

This is a significant upgrade, and there may be some teething issues while everyone becomes familiar with the upgraded system.

We’ll be monitoring things closely and providing further help and information where needed.
