The role is to be responsible for ensuring the effective use and safe operation of Moray Leisure Centre, focusing specifically on general operation, activity programming and financial performance.

This role has responsibility for leading the Duty Officer, Ice Rink, Health & Wellness, and Hygiene teams, with a focus on line managing staff, communicating effectively across departments, developing programmes, and managing bookings. The postholder will work closely with staff and centre users to support the continued success and smooth running of these service areas.

As one of two Duty Managers, you will share responsibility for the effective operation of the centre. It should be noted that a Protecting Vulnerable Adults application (PVG) and references are requirements for this post and therefore, if successful at interview, will be required prior to employment
