Classes

We have specially trained instructors who deliver a tailored exercise class programme for those affected by the Menopause. They are a great way to stay active and healthy, and a real endorphin boost! Each class is designed to help manage your symptoms such as hot flushes, improve bone and heart health, boost mood and energy levels, combat mid-section weight gain and look after your pelvic floor.

You can book online or call reception on 01343 550033, alternatively you can book in person at the desk. Classes are £6.40 pay as you go, or included as part of a Fit Life membership.

Mondays, 6:45pm – 7:30pm in studio 2 with Mel

Menofit

These are easy to follow classes geared up to help you feel better and look after your health. The focus will be on Menopause related topics like bone, and heart health, along with an introduction to strength training, which helps with mid-section weight gain.

Tuesdays, 5:15pm – 5:45pm in the gym with Sandra or Dionne

Menofit Strength

This lightweight circuit-based class will introduce you to the benefits of strength training, helping you build a stronger and healthier body. Menofit Strength is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, no matter your fitness level or experience with weight training.

Thursdays, 11:30am – 12:15pm in studio 2

Menofit

MenoFit Lite offers all the benefits of our regular Menofit classes in a gentler, supportive environment for those of you who may have joint mobility and/or pelvic floor concerns.

Saturdays, 12:00pm – 12:45pm in Studio 1 with Mel
