We’re carrying out an important system upgrade to improve how you book activities and manage your membership with us.
This is the first step in a wider programme of digital improvements, designed to enhance your experience and make it easier to access our services.
In the coming months, this project will support further upgrades to our bookings and membership systems, including improvements to our “Book & Join” journey, communications and the introduction of a new app.
To complete this work, our booking system will be temporarily unavailable from 11pm on 28th April, and may experience some disruption throughout 29th April, with full service expected to resume by 6am.
What this means for you:

Online bookings will be unavailable from 11pm on 28th April overnight.

There may be limited booking availability on 29th April, we will confirm when the system is operating as normal.

We encourage members to book classes for Wednesday 6th May on Tues 28th April between 9-11pm, while the system is still fully available.
